At this time, we can only accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO and U.S. Territories). This excludes shipping to P.O. Boxes.
We offer standard shipping with USPS at the rates listed below based on your order subtotal. Delivery with standard shipping will occur within 5 – 7 business once your order has been processed and shipped.

- Transit time is based on the number of business days after the ship date. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or company holidays. Please allow additional time for processing and packing your order.
- UTILA ORGANIC may alter the shipping methods or carriers as the need arises.
- Each order is limited to one delivery address.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return your order at any time within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

- If you are exchanging an item, your replacement product will not be assessed shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- UTILA ORGANIC cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail location or third party.
- Please allow six to eight weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- Products returned for refund or exchange more than 30 days from the purchase date will not be sent back to the customer.

Cancel or Change Order
If you'd like to change or cancel your order after it's been placed we'll do our best to help you. Please email us (email@example.com) for assistance. Please note that we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Some even ship in as little as four hours. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it for you. In some cases, this may require issuing a refund and/or placing a new order if it is already in our warehouse for fulfillment.
